Garlic 

As every Chef agrees, there is no comparison between the taste of quality, locally grown heirloom garlic and the sub-par stuff that we find in a supermarket year-round.

We grow several varieties of heirloom garlic, including Charlie’s Sicilian, Svea, Northern Quebec, Music.

We have been selecting the best seed stock from our harvest for 10 years, and are proud of our garlic crop.

Individual bulbs are available at $3.50-$5 each, depending on size.
